Our 18 holiday flats in Ruoms are designed to make your stay in the Ardèche extremely comfortable.
Furnished flat rentals with shared private swimming pool. All the flats have terraces and air-conditioning.
Amenities include a fenced, protected, car park (gate with door code) as well as a big park for outdoor games and a French bowls (pétanque) pitch.
We have flats for 4 or 6 people. You can also choose to rent several flats.
All our flats have:
Free WIFI.- Fenced, protected, car park (gate with door code).
- Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.
- Welcome kit offered on your arrival.
- Pets are accepted (except category 1 and 2 dogs), but you must tell us in advance, and obtain prior consent.
- All flats are non-smoking.

There are 8 flats on the ground floor and 8 flats on the first floor for 2 to 4 people.

More informations
- Rentals are from Saturday at 16:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00.
- Tenants must be insured with liability insurance covering holiday rentals. A copy of the CR must be provided on arrival.
- Rates are charges included, except the tourist tax payable at reservation (1 € / night / adult).
30% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Any reservation must be set 30 days before arrival date, otherwise it will be automatically canceled. - Deposit per apartment: 400 €, not cashed unless damages caused and not paid by the tenant.
- Cleaning deposit : 70 € (Flats for 2/4 people) or 100 € (flats for 6 people).
The flats must be left clean. The cleaning deposit is returned during the inventory at the end of the stay. If the cleaning is not done when handing over the keys, the deposit will be cashed.
We also offer the “Cleaning of end of stay”: 70 € (flats for 2/4 people) or 100 € (flats for 6 people).
If you book this option, the “cleaning deposit” will not be required.
